As you know the situation regarding COVID-19 has evolved significantly over the past few weeks. At EPG Engines our COVID-19 Response Team is taking every precaution to manage the risks associated with COVID-19 to protect our employees, customers and business partners. We are also working diligently to minimise supply chain disruptions.

Sales Operations
Our sales team continues to be fully operational. Our staff are available to answer phone calls, reply to price and availability enquiries and to process orders. However, to protect the health of our employees and customers, for the foreseeable future we are severely limiting our in person contact with our customers, to business critical contact only. 

Where in person contact is required we will be utilising the Australian Government Department of Health recommendations regarding ‘social distancing’ including no shaking of hands, maintaining 1.5mt distance at all time and frequent hand sanitisation.    

As a reminder, EPG Engines offer all customers Online Ordering which is available 24/7 should you prefer to place orders this way during this time. As an added benefit of ordering online, you will receive free freight on all orders.

 I hope this finds you and your loved ones safe as we all manage the impacts the coronavirus (Covid-19) is having on our lives. I want to take this opportunity to connect and assure you that we are continuing to move with speed and fluidity in our aggressive measures to minimize the spread of the virus. At the onset of the outbreak we assembled a global Incident Management Team (IMT) to understand the best science and implement the best practices in this evolving dynamic situation. We are providing clear centralized guidelines and support while relying on our site leaders to take ownership to drive the proper course of action within their organizations.

While this is an immense humanitarian challenge for the world, our teams in China and South Korea have shown us that this virus can be contained if disciplined action is implemented swiftly and consistently. This is the spirit and approach in which we are managing all our offices and operations and our associates are working diligently. We are doing everything we can to provide a high level of service, while ensuring the health and safety of our associates, customers and business partners. At present, our global service levels are quite good, but the landscape can shift quickly so we are prepared with business continuity plans for all facilities.
